IT Ukraine Associaton’s Meeting on the Discussion of the Draft Law on the Taxation of Virtual Assets — our members’ professional input is crucial for shaping a balanced and transparent tax policy in the field of virtual assets.
The IT Ukraine Association is involved in the work of the expert group within the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy regarding the taxation of virtual assets.
Today, we have received the preliminary version of the relevant draft Law of Ukraine and have already begun its analysis in collaboration with our legal partners — the Juscutum team.
At the working meeting, the following will be discussed:
- Introduction to the key provisions of the draft law;
- Discussion of potential comments and suggestions for its improvement.
