Speakers will be Yuna Potomkina, Partner at Asters, and Anton Sintsov, Counsel at Asters.
The discussion will cover the following questions:
- the status of a critically important enterprise and its significance for employee reservation from military service;
- key criteria and documents that IT companies should focus on when preparing their application;

Particular attention will be given to common documentation errors, reasons for refusal, communication with the competent authorities, and the practical steps to be taken prior to initial or repeat confirmation of status.
