Within the framework of e-Support by the IT Ukraine Association, we submitted a corporate request regarding the documentation of a consensus-based decision-making process between three equal co-owners (1/3 each). This was intended for subsequent inclusion in a Shareholders’ Agreement (SHA) for a company registered in Chicago, Illinois. The Association’s team processed the request promptly, accurately structured the initial issues, and ensured the involvement of a specialised legal partner within the agreed timeframe. We are grateful to the IT Ukraine Association and Juscutum for their professional guidance and a result that fully met our expectations.
