Annette Kramer held a Pitch4Ukraine workshop for Ukrainian business

Last week, together with Annette Kramer we held a Pitch4Ukraine workshop, gathering Tech managers eager to develop their pitching skills to add on to the ways of starting new business relationships successfully. Annette, whose family had encountered the persecution previously, offered her services as a kind gesture to support Ukrainians during the war.

As a person, a genocide feels unbelievable enough in 2022. As a Jew, it feels personal. This workshop is important as a first step to raising awareness of the remarkable Ukrainian talent of which the West has only seen a glimpse of. I am very impressed with Ukrainians doing business internationally. Perhaps even more impressive is the range of expertise across industries, and it’s a shame that only a crisis is now bringing that to light.  There’s no question that everyone would benefit from raising the profile of these talented individuals and companies
— noted Annette Kramer
Annette Kramer, who is above all a professional with wealth of experience in the field, shared insights and her outlook on the concept of communicating effectively and suggested some tools, with the help of which the audience was able to move on from just delivering information to being heard and starting conversations.
The workshop was very useful; I recommend everyone to attend them in the future and improve their own pitching skills. Annette Kramer gave apt and useful tips, immediately understood the topic of the presentation, and helped where needed. It was nice that we discussed the strengths of the performance first, and then the advice on what can be done better. Thanks to IT Ukraine for the organization, we will definitely join next time, – shared Andrii Starzhynskyi, CEO of a-Gnostics.
The workshop brought not only new knowledge but also bright emotions and warm atmosphere. Here, Kateryna Zhyvchykova, Partnership Director, Cleveroad Inc., shared her gratitude, saying Thanks for such an incredible event! The discussion was very useful, I got a lot of tips on how to make my pitch much better and personal! I appreciate everyone’s input into this event! Special thanks to Annette!
These examples of international cooperation and support are crucial for Ukrainian entrepreneurs to keep their businesses’ operating and developing and, consequently, to keep the Ukrainian economy on track.
Annette Kramer gave an outstanding masterclass, guiding Ukrainians to sophisticated ways of presenting themselves and their ideas. The valuable expertise shared during the two final days of June is highly appreciated. We are grateful to Annette for the support she has been providing at these times, – says Konstantin Vasyuk, Executive Director of the IT Ukraine Association. – The handy approach based on communicating persuasively, yet credibly, suggests that we will be able to build the bridges of cooperation needed to sustain Ukraine and that is a cumulative effect we are all looking forward to having.
