The law firm Asters has initiated a new project aimed at enhancing the legal framework for public-private partnerships in the cybersecurity in Ukraine. As part of this project, the firm invites businesses to participate in a survey that will help identify key areas of cooperation, current issues, legal barriers, and potential solutions for overcoming them.
The project will consist of three key stages:
The survey will be open until 23 August 2024. All responses received will be used solely for the purpose of analysing and developing proposals, as well as to enhance understanding of existing challenges and barriers to public-private cooperation.
You can participate in the survey via the link provided.
Asters assures that the information provided by survey participants will remain confidential, except in cases where participants consent to the disclosure of their data. If necessary, Asters may reference the responses received without identifying the participant.
