An Open Survey on Public-Private Partnership in Cybersecurity in Ukraine

The law firm Asters has initiated a new project aimed at enhancing the legal framework for public-private partnerships in the cybersecurity in Ukraine. As part of this project, the firm invites businesses to participate in a survey that will help identify key areas of cooperation, current issues, legal barriers, and potential solutions for overcoming them.

 

The project will consist of three key stages:

1. Assessment of the current situation – analysis of the current state of cybersecurity, including challenges and opportunities for public-private interaction.
2. Formulation of solutions – development of proposals and solutions to address the identified issues.
3. Drafting legal acts – preparation of legislative draft amendments to improve the legal framework.

 

The survey will be open until 23 August 2024. All responses received will be used solely for the purpose of analysing and developing proposals, as well as to enhance understanding of existing challenges and barriers to public-private cooperation.
