Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the rules of the game: attacks are becoming more automated and precise, while cyber defense grows more adaptive and intelligent. The forum brings together those who set the trends and build the solutions that will determine how secure digital Ukraine will be tomorrow.

AI Cyber Forum 2025 is a space where business, defense tech, government, and education unite around the topic of digital security. Artificial intelligence is advancing at high speed and becoming a new weapon — and we must learn how to wield it. It’s symbolic that we are holding this event on August 23, Ukraine’s Flag Day, because in the digital era, cybersecurity is a vital part of protecting the nation’s independence,

— says Maryna Yevdokymenko, President of Women4Cyber Ukraine, CBDO at the Scientific Cyber Security Association of Ukraine, and lecturer at Neoversity.

Among the speakers of AI Cyber Forum 2025:

  • Roman Herasymenko, AI R&D Team Lead at mono
  • Yevhen Volynko, Security Architect at UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group
  • Artem Mykhailov, Director of Information Security (vCISO) and cybersecurity expert, Director of Corporate Solutions and Partner at ISSP, Co-founder of Zero Trust Media
  • Dmytro Kovalevskyi, Head of Security Operation Center at MODUS X (DTEK Group)
  • Maryna Yevdokymenko, President of Women4Cyber Ukraine, CBDO at the Scientific Cyber Security Association of Ukraine, Lecturer at Neoversity
  • Serhii Saraichykov, cybersecurity specialist, Certified Ethical Hacker, Co-owner of A42 — an AI platform for detecting data leaks and vulnerabilities
  • Oleksii Baranovskyi, Senior Application Security Engineer at Intellias, Lecturer at Neoversity
  • Sviatoslav Lohin, Head of Engineering Excellence & Quality and AI Solutions Architect at EVO
  • Oleksii Markhovskyi, Co-founder & CPO at Frontline
  • Anton Tarasiuk, Co-Founder and Expertise Lead at Mantis Analytics
  • Oleksandr Romaniuk, Head of the Educational Center at Neoversity

The AI Cyber Forum 2025 program features practical cases on how Ukrainian technologies counter cyber threats, integrate AI into critical infrastructure, and transform security systems at the national, business, and defense levels.

What to Expect at the Forum:

  • Panel discussion with experts from mono, DTEK Group, and UKRSIBBANK on the key trends and risks of cybersecurity + AI in business and government.
  • Cyber + AI in Miltech: from frontline robots to systems countering disinformation — presented by experts from Frontline and Mantis Analytics.
  • Safe AI integration in business processes — insights from Sviatoslav Lohin, expert at EVO (Prom, Shafa, RozetkaPay).
  • AI in the hands of attackers: cases from Serhii Saraichykov (A42) on moving from routine checks to autonomous attacks.
  • AI in cybersecurity education — insights from Maryna Yevdokymenko and Oleksandr Romaniuk on integrating AI into cyber education and the key competencies of future specialists.
  • Real-life incident response cases from cybersecurity practitioners.

Digital security is crucial, but during wartime, physical safety becomes even more important — especially when it comes to children. Since the start of the war, 1,705 educational institutions in Ukraine have been damaged, and at least 330 require bomb shelters. That’s why the forum will launch a fundraiser for critical educational needs via UNITED24, Ukraine’s official fundraising platform. The funds will go toward rebuilding schools, equipping shelters, and providing generators to make the learning environment safe for Ukrainian children.

The event will be valuable for cybersecurity specialists, R&D engineers, business and Defense Tech startup leaders, technical managers, and everyone shaping the future of Ukraine’s digital security.
