Despite challenging times, the IT industry remains the main driver of service exports. At the end of 2025, GlobalLogic published the book “War-Life Balance” which recounts the story of war and life, technological achievements, and the Ukrainian renaissance. In the book, the company also summarised its activities for 2022–2025.
GlobalLogic, part of the Hitachi Group, unites specialists in 23 countries worldwide, and the book is a way to tell colleagues on all continents about the experiences of the Ukrainian team. “War-Life Balance” was presented in Romania to partners from Japan, the USA, India, Germany, Poland, and others.
This book is our story from the heart, from our Ukrainian colleagues to colleagues around the world. It is about how resilience is measured not only by the attacks survived, but also by the daily ability to continue working, teaching, and building the future
comments Anna Shcherbakova, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at GlobalLogic
Ukraine remains the largest engineering hub in Europe, generating over 50% of regional revenue, and the second largest in the world:
Over 400 company specialists are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), and over 100 veterans have returned to working with the company. To facilitate their adaptation, a Demobilization kit has been created, and mentorship support is consistently provided.
Remaining the third largest IT company in Ukraine, GlobalLogic continues to develop its business and support its specialists, and in 2026, the company plans to recruit an additional 200+ specialists and attract new projects.
