The program consists of lectures, workshops, and mentoring consultations, thematically divided into blocks:
- business adaptation during the war;
- human resources and teamwork;
- finance and accounting;
- investment opportunities;
- marketing communications;
- work with the product.
More than twenty online meetings with Ukrainian experts and specialists will take place within three months.
In addition, the participating teams will be able to receive individual advice on scaling, moving the project and the team, testing new areas of development, and attracting investments.
Startups and projects from Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions will be able to participate in the 1991 Reload program.
