The community promotes gender diversity in the IT sphere and connects women with leading companies and startups. The next community event, WomenTech Global Conference, will be held on June 7-11, 2021. Innovecs became an exclusive partner of the WomenTech Network community in Kyiv.
About WomenTech Network
WomenTech Network is the world’s largest community for women in tech with more than 5000 ambassadors representing 137 countries. Since 2018 its founders have engaged +100,000 tech specialists to join in building a diverse global community inspiring and reaching +1 million people in 2020 alone. The Network strives to increase gender diversity in the workplace to improve equality across all areas like representation, promotion, and equal pay.
The Network’s mission is to empower communities of talented and motivated women in tech through leadership development, professional growth, mentorship, and networking events. One such events, the annual WomenTech Global Conference, which will take place in June.
About the conference
The event will be broadcast in 6 time zones, and 500+ speakers will share their expertise and knowledge with the participants for 5 days. Representatives of Google, Tesla, Amazon, Microsoft and IBM are among the speakers at the conference. Tickets for the event are on sale, however, you can get them through a special scholarship program by filling out the form via the link. You can also get a discount and an invitation through local community partners.
In addition to annual conferences, the community also organizes local meetups for networking and career opportunities, and the Women Tech Global Awards, a virtual awards ceremony for the most successful women in IT. WomenTech Network members acquire access to private chat and a free mentoring program that starts in the summer of 2021.
About the partner in Ukraine
