AgriTech Delegation at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026

Five Ukrainian AgriTech companies will showcase their solutions at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, one of the world’s leading events for startups, investors, and innovators. The conference will take place October 13–15 in San Francisco, U.S..

The Ukrainian delegation includes PivotHawk, Sirocco Energy, HEFT, HowCow, and FEODAL. All five companies completed the AgriTech Business Accelerator Program and, following a competitive selection process, earned the opportunity to present their solutions to an international audience in the United States.

For these teams, TechCrunch Disrupt marks the next stage of a journey that began several months ago with mentorship, investor engagement, and work with potential partners within the Agri Startups Accelerator program, implemented by AssociationІТ Ukraine and The U.S. State Department’s Agriculture Growing Rural Opportunities (AGRO) Program in Ukraine, implemented by Chemonics International. As part of the program, the companies also completed a two-week residency at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on product development, U.S. market entry, and preparation for international scaling.

At TechCrunch Disrupt, the teams will have an opportunity to pitch their solutions, meet with potential partners and investors, and further explore opportunities to enter and grow in the U.S. market.

Meet the Ukrainian AgriTech Companies

  • PivotHawk

An IoT device for monitoring center-pivot irrigation systems. The solution enables real-time tracking of irrigation system status, alerts users to malfunctions, and provides equipment location data in the field. The device can be installed in minutes, is compatible with equipment from all major manufacturers, and costs several times less than comparable solutions on the market.

  • Sirocco Energy

A developer of a patented linear-motion wind turbine designed for distributed clean energy generation in suburban and rural areas. The solution is designed for agribusinesses facing unstable power supplies and rising electricity tariffs, helping reduce energy costs when combined with solar panels.

  • HEFT

A dairy cattle health monitoring system based on wearable sensors and machine learning. The technology enables the early detection of signs of disease and fertility cycles in cows, helping farms reduce veterinary costs and improve herd productivity.

  • FEODAL

A digital ecosystem of products for managing agricultural assets and operations, serving more than 190,000 users, 3,000 farmers, and 600 communities. The ecosystem includes a farm management system (Feodal FMS), land audit platforms for communities and farmers, the MOYE mobile app for landowners, and the Landmarket analytics platform for monitoring the land market.

  • HowCow

A platform for the early detection of dairy cattle health issues, powered by collar-based IoT sensors and a proprietary behavioral pattern analysis algorithm. The solution can predict deviations 8 to 48 hours before visible symptoms appear, allowing farmers to take proactive action and avoid significant financial losses.

The final five companies were selected based on the results of an online pitching session held on August 12, with 12 companies from the program taking part. The teams presented their solutions to a panel of expert judges, who evaluated their potential in the U.S. and global markets, scalability, investment readiness, and pitch quality.

AgriTech Business Accelerator Program made possible by the generous support of the United States Government provided through the Agriculture Growing Rural Opportunities (AGRO) Activity implemented by Chemonics International. The program is co-developed together with the Fisher Center for Business Analytics at the University of California, Berkeley, and implemented in partnership with the IT Ukraine Association.
