IT-Enterprise and UADUT Strengthen DefTech

IT-Enterprise and UADUT Strengthen DefTech

IT-Enterprise and the Ukrainian Dual-Use Technologies Cluster have joined forces to advance the technological development of Ukraine’s defense sector.

In August 2026, Ukrainian IT company IT-Enterprise and the public organization “Ukrainian Dual-Use Technologies Cluster” (UADUT) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The partnership aims to combine expertise and technological capabilities to strengthen Ukraine’s defense industrial sector, develop defense products, including dual-use solutions, and accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence in Ukrainian developments.

Under the Memorandum, the partners will strengthen information cooperation, organize joint educational and expert events, and exchange technological expertise. Key areas of cooperation will include process automation for Defense and MilitaryTech manufacturers, the use of IT-Enterprise’s AI Assistant Factory to optimize operations and help address the shortage of engineering talent, as well as expert support for industry-specific projects and initiatives.

Today, Ukrainian DefenseTech is moving from one-off and small-batch production toward systematic growth. IT-Enterprise has already helped automate and digitalize technological processes for more than 50 defense companies in Ukraine. Joining forces with the Ukrainian Dual-Use Technologies Cluster will allow us to share this experience with an even wider community of professionals and transform individual solutions into sustainable industrial capacity to strengthen the country’s defense capabilities,

emphasized Oleg Shcherbatenko, Founder and CEO of IT-Enterprise.

The Cluster, in turn, emphasizes the importance of combining engineering expertise with systematic management. This is essential not only for strengthening capabilities on the battlefield and developing dual-use production, but also for enabling Ukrainian companies to enter international markets. To achieve this, defense companies need to ensure management transparency, cost control, and full traceability of investment utilization.

Building an ecosystem of dual-use technologies requires not only strong engineering expertise, but also deep expertise in systematic management. Cooperation with IT-Enterprise is an important step toward strengthening our residents and partners with reliable automation tools based on the extensive, long-standing experience of our new partners. Together, we are creating an environment where technological developments receive the resources for rapid growth, expert support, and access to international markets,

noted Denys Sviatokum, Head of the Ukrainian Dual-Use Technologies Cluster.

The partners’ first joint initiatives will include educational events, consulting support for manufacturers, and the presentation of successful cooperation practices at Ukrainian and international platforms
