Fintech-IT Group is a Ukrainian technology holding and developer of the mono ecosystem — a multi-product platform that combines digital banking, e-commerce, and business solutions.

Founded in 2017, the company launched monobank, Ukraine’s first mobile-only bank, which has grown into one of the largest banking services in the country, serving over 10 million users. Today, mono extends beyond banking into marketplace services, SME solutions, and digital platforms for partners.

In 2025, Fintech-IT Group became Ukraine’s first fintech unicorn, following an investment from the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) and a consortium of U.S. investors at a valuation exceeding $1 billion.

The company is among the most profitable IT businesses in Ukraine and a leading taxpayer within the tech sector. Its products play a critical role in the country’s digital infrastructure, maintaining uninterrupted services during wartime and enabling large-scale fundraising through built-in tools such as “Banka.”
