The primary objective of Digital Tiger: The Power of Ukrainian IT – 2023 is to benchmark Ukraine’s IT potential against the industries of Brazil, the Czech Republic, India, and Poland — Ukraine’s principal competitors in the global market — across indicators including business climate, talent pool and technical education levels, competitiveness, and IT infrastructure.
