HR Meetups: Powered by AUK is a joint initiative of IT Ukraine Association and American University Kyiv, created for substantive, professional, and open discussion of the most pressing challenges in human resources. Held quarterly, these gatherings bring together HR professionals from leading Ukrainian IT companies alongside representatives of the academic community and invited experts.

Each event is a space for sharing experience, gaining inspiration, and engaging in strategic thinking. It combines the intellectual depth of an academic approach with practical business case studies, helping participants rethink their approaches to working with people, cultures, and teams.
