IT Ukraine Association is systematically delivering a series of educational bootcamps for heads of educational institutions, supporting the integration of modern IT industry management practices into the education sector.

The IT for Uni: Bootcamp and IT for Uni: Bootcamp 2.0 projects were created for senior leaders and management teams at higher education institutions. Building on this work, IT for ProfTech: Bootcamp became the first specialist training course for heads of vocational education institutions. The initiative aims to help vocational schools adapt to the demands of the modern labour market, improve the quality of management, and strengthen cooperation with employers. The course is grounded in the practical experience of the IT industry and equips participants with the tools to drive meaningful change.
