Innoware and EPSA Ukraine announced a strategic partnership: new opportunities for Ukrainian businesses in the migration to international IT solutions

Innoware and EPSA Ukraine announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement, aimed at helping Ukrainian businesses abandonment hostile (russian) software and migrate to modern international ERP and CRM solutions from one of the world’s leading distributors of software and computer technologies – Microsoft.

The financing of such a migration is planned through grant funding, without obligation to repay the funds for the projects:

  • implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP, CRM, HR);
  • implementation and support of Microsoft cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Copilot for Microsoft 365);
  • automation of business processes based on the Microsoft Power Platform.

For Ukrainian companies, the implementation of such advanced software solutions is undoubtedly a strategic step for business security and for integration into the European and global business community.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, it has become clear how heavily Ukrainian business depends on russian software and the threat it poses to our country’s national security. After the adoption of Bill No. 13505 «On the Prohibition of the Use and Distribution of Hostile Software Products and Hostile Information Technologies», Ukrainian companies will be legally required to abandon russian systems for accounting and business management (currently, the ban on the use of software developed in the aggressor country applies only to government institutions). And if previously the main challenge of migration from dangerous hostile software was the lack of financial resources, today there is a real opportunity to obtain the required funding for the implementation of international Microsoft solutions.

We are convinced that thanks to cooperation with EPSA Ukraine, Ukrainian companies will be able to secure the necessary financial support and ensure long-term development of their businesses with innovative ERP and CRM solutions from Microsoft, as well as enhance their efficiency and competitiveness,

— commented Dmytro Popinako, CEO of Innoware.

We are pleased to be involved in a strategic partnership with Innoware. We are confident that thanks to the experience, modern solutions from Innoware and grant support through EPSA, Ukrainian companies will receive more effective tools for development and scaling,

– noticed Yaroslav Ivakhno, Head of Grants and Funding at EPSA Ukraine.
