ELEKS Has Published Its 2024 Sustainability Report

Publication date:

  • 05.09.2025

Publication from:

ELEKS

ITU Member ELEKS, which has been providing software development and consulting services for 34 years, has released its 2024 Sustainability Report.

The report reflects ELEKS’ approach as a responsible employer, a reliable business partner, and a company that has a positive impact on society.

Supporting Teams and Creating an Inclusive Environment

As a responsible employer, ELEKS strives to create a working environment where people feel supported both in their personal and professional lives. In 2024, the company invested in the training and development of over 1,400 specialists, organized 56 family-friendly events, and implemented inclusive practices to support veteran colleagues.

Contributing to Society

The company carried out initiatives in education, environmental protection, community development, and support for vulnerable groups.

Special attention was given to supporting Ukraine: ELEKS became a technical partner of the psychological self-help app BAZA, continued regular contributions to the Tabletochki charity foundation, organized three blood donation drives in Ivano-Frankivsk, and created the online course “Returning from War: First Steps in IT” in partnership with the UCU Online learning platform.

CSR initiatives were also implemented in Poland and Croatia.

We believe that business has a responsibility not only to its teams but also to society, which is why we actively support local communities. We aim to contribute to the regions where we operate, understanding the importance of promoting the well-being and resilience of those around us. We operate in a hybrid format, combining online and offline work, and encourage colleagues to engage in meaningful initiatives within their communities. We also believe that even the smallest actions can have a lasting impact. Our CSR efforts reflect the values we truly believe in and our shared commitment to making the world a better place,

— Kateryna Andrushchenko, Head of Employee Relations Office.

High Standards in Working With Clients

ELEKS provides services to more than 120 clients worldwide, adhering to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. In 2024, for the 11th consecutive year, the company was included in the Global Outsourcing 100 list for its innovation, customer focus, and business excellence.

Supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Veterans

Founded in Ukraine, ELEKS continues to support the army. In 2024, the company allocated $707,456 for military needs and humanitarian initiatives. Since February 24, 2022, the total contribution has reached $6,464,012. The main partners of these initiatives are Come Back Alive, Superhumans, and the Prytula Foundation.
