The EdTech Committee
brings together leaders in educational technologies to develop Ukraine’s EdTech sector and strengthen its standing on the international stage
Committee's Priority Goals:
- Strengthening engagement with regulators and participating in shaping the regulatory framework for the EdTech sector
- Fostering an effective digital education ecosystem by promoting the creation of conditions for the development and implementation of innovative technologies in education
- Increasing the international recognition of Ukrainian EdTech companies
- Promoting digital education technologies through media outreach, research to enhance awareness and foster sector growth
- Engaging experts and professionals to facilitate knowledge exchange, support vertical development, and encourage innovation in education
- Participating in key industry events in Ukraine and activities organized by the Association
EdTech Industry Navigator
The EdTech market in Ukraine is growing year by year, attracting increasing interest from both domestic and global investors.
Educational solutions are widely adopted across Ukraine — from online schools to technology-driven learning platforms — helping expand access to education and promote its relevance.
In 2023, Ukrainian EdTech companies attracted over 5% of global EdTech investment, underscoring the sector’s momentum. Additionally, Ukraine is actively developing its presence in the educational metaverse market, currently accounting for 0.2% of the global share.

Committee Achievements:
- Participated in Synergy.IT Business & IT Education – a conference dedicated to IT education.
- Represented the Ukrainian EdTech sector at the international exhibition Bett 2025.
- Joined a panel discussion, organised by Osvitoria, focusing on the outcomes of the Ukrainian delegation’s participation in Bett 2025.

Committee Meetings
As part of the committee’s work, moderated strategic sessions are held where key challenges and solutions are discussed across areas such as state regulation and GR, education and human capital development, business scaling, and entry into international markets.
Following each session, an agreed action plan is formulated with clearly defined solutions, proposals, and next steps for implementing initiatives.
Additionally, upon participants’ requests, supplementary meetings are arranged. Each of these has a defined agenda and a list of topics for discussion, ensuring focused and productive interaction.
