Intellias Named the Best Employer by Forbes Ukraine for the Second Year in a Row

Publication date:

Publication from:

Intellias

For the second time, ITU Member Intellias has been ranked first in the Forbes Ukraine Best Employers rating. Based on the results of an anonymous survey of the company’s employees, Intellias received the highest rating in the ranking.

The Forbes ranking aims to highlight companies that foster professional development, prioritise employee well-being, and support mental health in 2025. This year, Forbes Ukraine evaluated over 270 companies and selected the top 50 employers nationwide.

Taking first place for the second time as a top employer is both an honor and a motivation to keep advancing our initiatives. At Intellias, we’re building an ecosystem of opportunities where everyone can take charge of their professional growth, education, and work format. It’s important to us that our teammates feel supported not just through words, but through everyday actions, with access to development opportunities, relevant benefits, and socially meaningful initiatives.

— Roman Hapachylo, VP of Talent Management at Intellias.

To compile the ranking, Forbes conducted confidential surveys among employees of participating companies. The Forbes team processed almost 48,000 questionnaires in total. Employers were evaluated across several key criteria:

  • Employer brand — the highest scores were given to companies with an eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) above 80%. Intellias received an eNPS of 97%, up from 83% last year;
  • Remuneration — based on comparisons with average market salaries and survey feedback on employees’ satisfaction with their compensation.
  • Working conditions — includes schedule flexibility, vacation availability, workplace safety, etc.
  • Benefits packages — availability of health insurance, educational opportunities, sports packages, training programs, etc.
  • Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine — the scale of the company’s contribution.
  • Information openness — availability on the website of contact information, job listings, and regular updates on company activities.
  • Sense of security — what percentage of employees (minimum 95%) feel more protected at their company than at risk of losing their job.
  • Opportunities for professional development within the company.
  • Equity and inclusion — top scores were awarded to companies with clear anti-discrimination policies and an inclusive environment.
  • Additional factors — these included open-ended employee feedback and completeness of information provided by HR departments.

Survey results were supplemented by expert evaluations and data from public sources. According to Forbes Ukraine’s methodology, companies were assessed on a 100-point scale. Intellias received a final score of 82.

During the awards ceremony, Roman Hapachylo, Vice President of Talent Management at Intellias, was also recognised and named among Forbes Ukraine’s TOP 11 HR Leaders. The recognition highlights Roman’s human-centered leadership, innovative recruitment strategies, active development of corporate culture, and talent management approach that is aligned with both business goals and employee well-being.

Intellias continues to receive both national and international recognition. This year, the company was listed among the top five in the “Family-Friendly Companies” ranking by the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine and the CSR Development Center. Intellias also topped the Corporate Equality Index as the leading employer in Ukraine. Additionally, the company was recognised as one of the best employers among major IT service providers by DOU.ua and was included in STUD-POINT’s ranking of youth-friendly employers.
