The #MathGO math marathon for high school students preparing for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) is starting! Over four weeks, high school students will have the opportunity to prepare for the NMT for free and win an iPad, as well as branded gifts from EPAM, a member of the IT Ukraine Association.
What awaits participants?
- A test base to consolidate knowledge;
- Videos and materials with explanations of complex topics;
- A support chat with university mentors who will help with difficult topics;
- Additional lectures on the NMT, mathematics, university admissions, as well as IT, technologies, IT careers, English and skills useful for both study and career development.
The marathon includes webinars from EPAM experts and a career orientation test to help choose an IT profession. Topics of the webinars include soft skills, time management, and self-presentation. At the end, participants will have the opportunity to visit one of the company’s offices.
How can a student join?
- Register on Discord and join the MathGO community;
- Carefully read the rules and fill out the registration form;
- Solve math tasks for the NMT and earn points;
- Climb the leaderboard and become one of the top three winners to receive a tablet and other prizes from EPAM.
The marathon is organized by EPAM Campus and the Kharkiv National Economic University named after Semen Kuznets.
