Has more than 9 years of HR experience in large and growing companies. Main fields: pharmacy, insurance, IT (service and product companies). Tatiana has also been involved in career couching for more than 6 years and been helping people solve difficulties in their careers, has conducted more than 1,000 job search and next career steps consultations. She has been blogging about job search and career since 2012. Tetyana conducts webinars, including charity ones, on career issues and, together with colleagues, organizes events for the HR community to support and share knowledge.
