Mriia is an educational supperapp that will complement the portfolio of government products on the Ukrainian citizens’ personal devices. It will help millions of young Ukrainians unlock their utmost educational and vocational potential to secure a place in the ever-changing modern world. Mriia is to act as a unified platform to track and help develop student’s achievements and skills. Parents, teachers and students will be able to communicate directly, with end-to-end encryption encoded. A large content library, video and media courses, tests, and the provisioned functionality to build a portfolio of extracurricular activity milestones await Ukrainian pupils in Mriia. Additionally, besides the content library, there are individual options such as “Discovering Hidden Talents”—a feature that allows parents to understand what their child excels at and where they may need help.
A pilot test phase is already underway in 40 schools, so the developers of the Ministry have now turned to the IT industry representatives for technological assistance, office space and content supplements.
One of the core activity directions for the IT Ukraine Association is Education: as such, the ITU EdTech committee has just launched its work, a large-scale Synergy. IT Business & IT Education. conference will be held for 11th consecutive time annually this year, and, in June, the ‘IT for UNI: Bootcamp 2.0’ has come to a close — during its 10 weeks (modules), IT company representatives picked apart each tech opportunity to enhance the educational process starting the very same day in hundreds of HigherEd institutions across Ukraine.
