International Educational Forum Focused on IT Will Be Held in Kharkiv

About

International Educational Forum "NewEdu: Tech in Focus" will take place on April, 4-5 in Kharkiv. This year it is focused on technologies and organized by the Kharkiv IT Cluster, together with its founders, experts in educational sector Julia Pavichenko and Svitlana Feldman. The forum will traditionally be held in the Premier Palace Hotel Kharkiv (Nezalezhnosti avenue, 2).

During the past 4 years the NewEdu forum has become one of the largest communication platform for international educational experts, teachers and universities staff, entrepreneurs, government, as well as other public and private education sector representatives. They come from all over Ukraine to share experiences, find new senses for education, formulate goals, and finally create a roadmap to act.
The practical results of the forum will be announced to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. 

The Forum programme will cover several topics: inclusive education, professional education, information security aspects for children and teenagers, and efficient learning of English as a second language. In addition participants will learn more about new methodologies and tricks, and know how to make the process of learning efficient, interesting, and practice oriented.

This year the NewEdu forum is especially focused on IT technologies. This industry has the second place in Ukraine as for its export potential. Due to the cooperation with highly developed countries, its dynamic innovations, the industry attracts a large amount of talented young professionals. That is why IT technologies have become a driver for growing intellectual potential in Ukraine. IT business in its turn has a high demand for well-educated professionals of different areas and is ready to cooperate with universities, helping them in training potential industry employees.

Experts from Finland, Japan, Poland, Estonia and other countries with a highly developed educational system will take part in the forum and share their experiences with Ukrainian colleagues.
Special guests from Amsterdam are Anil Balgobind, Founder of boutiquefirm  and trusted advisor of Amsterdam Smart City Platform Strategy, as well as Frans-Anton Vermast, Strategy Advisor and Smart City Ambassador at Amsterdam Smart City and Amsterdam Main Technology Office.

One of the main focus of Kharkiv IT Cluster activities is to enrich the labour market with highly qualified IT specialists, in order to create the environment of technological prosperity in the Kharkiv region. NewEdu gives opportunities to join forces and to move towards the common goals.
