Taxation of Ukrainian entrepreneurs abroad

On July 8, at 5:00 pm, the IT Ukraine Association in cooperation with Crowe Mikhailenko will hold a webinar “Ukrainian entrepreneurs: how to move abroad and continue to pay taxes in Ukraine.”

In the wartime and mass relocation of IT specialists, many Ukrainian entrepreneurs continue to work remotely abroad, retain Ukrainian tax residency and pay taxes to the state budget of Ukraine.  

During the event we will discuss:

• The main statuses while staying abroad: visa-free travel, temporary protection, residence permit, etc. How they affect the workability; 
• Foreign fiscal authorities policy on taxation and tax residency. Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation. How to maintain the status of a tax resident of Ukraine, using the concepts of a permanent home, a center of vital interests, and residence time. 
• The primary advice to Ukrainian entrepreneurs on opening bank accounts abroad, money transfers, and other financial issues. 
• TOP countries in which IT companies and their staff have been relocated. IP-Box and relocation on the example of Poland.
