SoftServe received HR Pro Award in the Digital Work Environment category for its “Relocation Platform”, a tool for establishing the process of employee relocation.
Since the beginning of the war, about 18% of Ukrainian SoftServe specialists have relocated to more than 50 countries for security reasons, and the demand for relocation among employees in Ukraine has increased by 700% at that time. Relocation is a large-scale business process that consists of many stages, so the “Relocation Platform” has become a tool that helps to conduct the relocation process more efficiently, and most of the processes have been automated within the project.
A specialist of the Global Mobility team spends about 4.5 hours processing operational tasks related to an employee relocation request. Digitalization of workflows helps us to free up time for more important tasks, conveniently track everything in one place and have convenient analytics. The “Relocation Platform” processes employee requests for relocation, calculates the cost of moving to a particular country in a few seconds, manages a system of approval notifications sent to the relevant leaders, accumulates all relocation steps that can be conveniently tracked, and contains comprehensive statistics and analytics on the process. The project has already received the most positive assessment from internal users – NPS 100%.
