Ukrainian product company IT-Enterprise has completed the digitization of recruiting processes at Biosphere Corporation, which has dramatically reduced the time for sourcing candidates.
Biosphere’s HR team and IT department were looking to bring the recruiting processes up to top-notch standards and tailor them to meet emerging needs. 4 months of intensive collaboration resulted in adopting a wide array of solutions that could serve as an act to follow for the entire industry.
Biosphere Corporation is Ukraine’s largest manufacturer of household products known to consumers thanks to such brands as Freken BOK, Smile, PRO service, Novita, Vortex, Eventa, and others.

In particular, the project covered the following features within Recruiting from IT-Enterprise that help to quickly create an internal database of candidates and employees:
- Add favorite candidates to the internal database from job sites and social media;
- Inform the participants of recruiting business processes on the work progress;
- Publish vacancies on job sites and social media;
- Get information on the outcome of communication with the candidates;
- Regulation of recruiting business processes: from creating a recruiting request to issuing an employment order.
