The Association takes an active part in the work of international associations and business associations:

DIGITALEUROPE

Leading trade association representing the IT industry in Europe. IT Ukraine Association is one of the 40 national associations within DIGITALEUROPE that contribute to the development of the global IT industry, participate in the promotion of the industry, data collection and advocacy of IT business interests in Europe.

WITSA

Founded in 1978, the World Alliance for Information Technology and Services is a leading consortium of association members from more than 80 countries. WITSA members represent more than 90 percent of the global IT market. As a member of WITSA, the Association "IT Ukraine" takes an active part in shaping the global policy for the development of the IT industry, attends the annual meeting of members of the Association, cooperates with other associations to share experiences on industry development during COVID-19.

EMOTA

European Trade Organization, which represents all aspects of distance selling in general and e-commerce in particular. On behalf of its member associations, EMOTA stands for a barrier-free European single distance market and works with business partners who actively promote cross-border sales throughout Europe as a whole. The purpose of the companies' participation in EMOTA is to help all members of the association to overcome the differences between the legal systems, which greatly simplifies cooperation with European clients.

The Global Technology & Business Service Council (GT&BSC)

Twelve business associations representing outsourcing companies around the world have teamed up to address the effects of the coronary crisis on the IT industry. Named The Global Technology & Business Service Council (GT&BSC), the initiative began operations in June 2020. The task of the Association within the framework of Global-12 is to show how flexible and innovative Ukrainian IT is when changing paradigms.

  • Organization of international trade missions and events

With the support of the PR Community, the Association organizes trade missions, international conferences and events, as well as actively cooperates with international media.

Trade mission to Norway

On October 8-11, 2019, with the assistance of USAID, a Trade Mission to the Kingdom of Norway was held. The Association "IT Ukraine" was the co-organizer of the mission. The Ukrainian IT industry was represented by 15 major IT companies engaged in development in the fields of telecommunications, fintech, logistics, trade, energy, construction, automotive and others. During the mission, 115 B2B meetings of Ukrainian companies with Norwegian potential partners were held.

IT Ukraine Association in Davos 2020:

In January 2020, the Association organized a discussion panel on the development of the IT industry at the Ukrainian House in Davos. The event brought together representatives of the international community, public authorities and the best specialists in the field. The event was broadcasted by 10,000 users on Facebook.

Quarterly media monitoring of the activity of Ukrainian IT companies in the media by LOOQME

Thanks to the partnership agreements, the member companies of the Association can receive media monitoring and analyze their media activity every quarter.

Master of Management, has more than 7 years of experience in non-governmental organizations, large business associations (EBA) and IT. Has implemented a number of large-scale international and Ukrainian projects.

PR Community activities are aimed at:

  • communicating the interests of the Ukrainian IT industry among the national audience: government institutions and authorities, NGOs, etc.;
  •  creating a positive image of the IT industry as a prestigious employer;
  • at communicating joint projects of the IT industry;
  • effective cooperation with the Finance and Legal Committee and the CSR & Education Community to effectively promote their projects.
