It's been five years since Intellias joined the IT Ukraine Association. When deciding to join the community, we understood that the Association is building up cooperation with the government and governmental agencies and wanted to be aware of these initiatives, to have the opportunity to join them, and also to influence the development of the IT-industry in Ukraine.

Today, participation in the Association gives our company a number of advantages. First of all, an info support - the community acts as a platform through which we distribute press releases, announcements, publish articles on the organization's website. Second, we receive from the Association research and analytical materials on the state and changes in the Ukrainian IT-industry. Third, the Association actively interacts with the international IT-community and helps promote the brand of domestic IT in the world.

The main benefit of membership in the Association, in my opinion, is a result of joint activities and initiatives of all its participants - improved technical education, business simplification, information work. We understand that all IT-companies, including Intellias, will benefit from industry development.

Since we joined IT Ukraine, it has become more modern, client-oriented, open to new initiatives. There are more tools to create and collaborate with the media.

I expect that in the next 3-5 years if there will be no negative moves by the government, the industry will continue to grow and increase its share in the country's exports, which in turn will increase the proportion of grocery companies in relation to service. There will also be an increase in the number of startups originating from Ukraine and, accordingly, the success stories of such market players.

Under favorable conditions for doing business and investment protection in large cities, new R & D centers of global corporations will be opened, which will increase competition in the labor market, hamper the development of mediocre outsourcing companies and speed up their merger with more successful players in the market.

The Association has to do its utmost to develop the IT-business in Ukraine, including the development of human capital, which is both a resource and a driving force of IT and other creative industries.
