Leading technology companies MacPaw and ITU Member N-iX have joined forces to launch Social Agent, a board game that teaches social responsibility, volunteerism, and charity through interactive gameplay and teamwork. The game shows how businesses and society can work together to make a real difference, from small local initiatives to large corporate projects.
The purpose of Social Agent is simple – to demonstrate how everyone can contribute to positive change, from small personal actions to broader, systemic solutions. The game explains the difference between corporate volunteering and charity, explores approaches to corporate social responsibility (CSR), and shows how even small steps can create meaningful impact.
The game includes term cards, real-life initiatives, reputation tokens, visual prompts, and two modes of play — competitive and cooperative. Each session lasts 30–45 minutes, making it perfect for educational activities, team-building exercises, training sessions, or community events.
Social Agent is designed for:
MacPaw and N-iX are launching an open call for educational institutions, NGOs, community organisations, youth centers, and libraries. This is an opportunity for teachers, trainers, and community leaders to bring the Social Agent game into their work — from student workshops to community discussions.
The first 30 organisations to complete the form will receive a free copy of the Social Agent game.
We believe that social responsibility starts with small steps — whether personal or corporate. That’s why we created Social Agent: to show, in a simple and engaging way, how volunteering, charity, and sustainable practices can make a real difference. At the same time, we wanted to highlight inspiring examples from Ukrainian and international businesses,
— said Anna Manukhina, CSR Lead, MacPaw and Director of The MacPaw Foundation.
Partnering with MacPaw on creating the Social Agent is a great example of how tech companies can join forces to make a positive impact. We transformed our years of experience and complex CSR concepts into an interactive game to show that social responsibility isn’t just about big business — it’s about each of us. And we firmly believe this knowledge should be accessible to everyone — from students to corporate teams,
— added Natalia Solina, CSR Lead at N-iX.
Social Agent is more than entertainment — it’s a hands-on tool for learning about social impact, while also fostering cooperation, critical thinking, and civic engagement.
