Luxoft won two awards at the All-Ukrainian HR Pro Awards

Luxoft won two awards at the All-Ukrainian HR Pro Awards

Specifically, Luxoft took home the prizes for "Well-Being & Health" and "HR Analytics". This was thanks to the Luxoft LuxGood and Well-Being initiatives, which represent a comprehensive ecosystem of useful opportunities for professionals looking to gain new knowledge and skills while maintaining good health.

It consists of three main areas:

  1.     The Interactive Well-Being Space

This contains well-being content such as e-learning courses for specialists on various topics including healthy eating and burnout prevention. In addition, this space contains training guides for managers and specialists on efficiency, work-life balance, and building a healthy team atmosphere, as well as the Kids Hub where kids can find online activities on logic, design, video blogging, and Java.

  1.     Regular webinars

As part of the well-being events program, Luxoft invites its community to listen to and interact with well-known speakers. For example, recently there was a speech by Mike Wiking, a well-known author and expert on happiness.

  1.     The Employee Assistance Program

This is a special hotline by which specialists or their relatives can consult on legal or psychological issues.

As for the second award, this came as a result of our HR Tracker project, by which we innovated how we worked with data and developed new ways to visualize and utilize it.

We submitted two projects and received two awards, which is why we are very happy. But we certainly would not have been able to achieve such a result without an extraordinary team of HR specialists, analysts, managers, and, of course, our developers for whom we organize it all,

said Olena Samborska, managing and HR Director of Luxoft Ukraine.
