ITU Legal Talks 'Military Accounting in IT Companies: Preparing for Inspections'

On Thursday, 28th May at 16:00 Kyiv time, as part of the regular ITU Legal Talks format by the IT Ukraine Association, we’ll hold an open online meeting on the topic ‘Military Accounting in IT Companies: Preparing for Inspections’. The event will be streamed live on YouTube and is open to everyone.

 

The speakers will be Maksym Nosarev, Founder & CEO at Tretten Lawyers, and Anton Klymenko, Senior Counsellor at Tretten Lawyers.

The discussion will cover the following questions:

  • who is required to maintain military records at a company and in what order;
  • personal military record lists: reconciliation with the TCC and within the company;
  • practical experience of TCC inspections regarding military record-keeping and reservation;
  • reservation of employees and ultimate beneficial owners: calculating the quota, salary requirements, and criticality criteria.
