Intellias is the best employer among the largest service IT companies

Intellias, a member of the IT Ukraine Association, was recognized as the best employer among the biggest Ukrainian IT services companies according to the annual ranking by MC Today. Specialists from the leading Ukrainian companies took part in the survey to rank their employers.

Overall, 13 000 questionnaires from 123 Ukrainian companies were collected for this survey. In the questionnaires participants were asked to estimate five statements (e.g. “I’m proud to tell people that I cooperate with this company”, “People care about each other in this company”, etc.) with five reactions (from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree”). Each reaction equaled to a certain number of points. After calculating the total number of points, MC Today presented 100 best employers in three categories: less than 100 employees, between 100 and 1000 employees, and more than 1000 employees. Intellias was ranked as the best employer among service IT companies in 1000+ category.

Intellias grows fast and now has more than 1800 specialists on board. But we never forget about our main value, which is acting humanely. 2020 was a tough year for us, but we did our best to provide our specialists with comfortable and safe working conditions. We are happy that our efforts were noticed by our colleagues and landed us on the top of this rating,
