Intellias is partnering with the Veteran Hub charitable foundation to help combatants adapt to civilian life. To ensure effective partnership and experience exchange, Intellias and Veteran Hub have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation as part of the HR Praktyka project.  

The main goal of the cooperation is to adjust the hiring process at Intellias and create a veteran-friendly environment with numerous professional opportunities.

Veteran Hub experts will share up-to-date research and practices on how to involve specialists with military experience in work processes. Intellias recruiters, HR specialists, managers, and С-level executives will participate in thematic webinars, educational projects, and events. One upcoming activity is a practical course titled “There Is a Job for a Veteran.” 

Returning to civilian life is a complex and challenging process, and we have to make it more comfortable for them. Employment is one of the main factors that influence one’s well-being and give a chance for self-actualization. Therefore, it is crucial to build this bridge between civilian employers and ex-combatants.

Supporting veterans who come back from the war is a key focus area for Intellias. The company has analyzed veterans’ needs and developed a program to introduce employment practices for candidates with combat experience.

Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, Intellias has supported the defenders of Ukraine. In 2021, the company launched the IntelliShare internal crowdfunding platform where Intellias specialists can initiate and support important charity projects. The platform offers several permanent fundraising campaigns, and the total raised through donations has surpassed UAH 55 million (around USD 1.5 million). The company provides front-line units with pickup trucks and purchases UAVs, thermal imagers, two-way radios, night vision devices, targets, bulletproof vests, helmets, and other necessary equipment.
