ITU Member Intellias, a global technology company, has been recognized among the top three finalists in Ukraine’s first-ever WEPs Awards 2025 in the WEPs Signatories Award category.
The WEPs Awards honor companies that demonstrate significant progress in advancing gender equality, champion the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), and create equitable opportunities for women across their workplaces, communities, and society at large.
The awards ceremony took place in Kyiv on November 17th as part of the EXPO 2025 Women’s Entrepreneurship Exhibition, an event designed to highlight and encourage initiatives that expand women’s economic opportunities at work and in the community. EXPO 2025 was organized by UN Women Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine and with support from the governments of Sweden and France.
Intellias became the first IT company in Ukraine to sign the WEPs in 2021 and has fully integrated the principles into its business processes. According to the WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool, Intellias achieved an 83% implementation rate in 2025, compared to 14% in 2021.
For Intellias, this recognition is not only about achievement. It is about people and the values that unite us. We are building an environment where everyone can realise their potential— regardless of gender, age, or life experience
— Maryna Dudnyk, Head of D&I at Intellias.
