IT Ukraine

Not just code! Our companies are proving that technology can — and must — serve society. Ukrainian IT is a driving force that is changing the country here and now. From drones for the Ukrainian Defence Forces to educational projects, important social initiatives — this is no longer just “corporate responsibility”, but a daily reality that has become part of the industry’s DNA.

This digest highlights how Ukrainian IT companies are doing many amazing things without any fanfare. The IT Ukraine Association couldn’t overlook this, so we’ve gathered the brightest examples of how our IT sector contributes to victory and the future every day.

Technology has the power to perform miracles, especially in the right hands.

Intellias Donates ₴2 Million to “Charter” for 5 Radio Electronic Reconnaissance Complexes

To mark the 34th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence, ITU Member Intellias celebrated with a donation in support of Ukraine’s Defence Forces. The RER complexes, or “Radio Electronic Reconnaissance,” provide military personnel with a critical advantage on the battlefield. They intercept enemy radio signals, detect sources of threats, assist artillery and UAVs in targeting, and support the work of electronic warfare (EW) systems.

The total donation from Intellias amounts to ₴2 million, of which ₴1.5 million is directly contributed by the company, and the remaining ₴500,000 comes from the contributions of Intellias specialists through internal charitable initiatives. A portion of the funds was raised during a charity fair and garage sale.

Grant Program for Veterans “Trajectory” Supported by the Aurora Multimarket Network

The “Aurora” Multimarket Network actively supports initiatives aimed at youth development and social responsibility, which are an integral part of the company’s corporate values. The “AURORA STUDENTS” initiative brought together 14 students for intensive training, resulting in 8 students already starting internships within the company, and project leaders receiving the opportunity to study at leading business schools in Ukraine.

Earlier, in 2024, Aurora, in partnership with “Diia.Business,” launched another educational grant program, “Trajectory,” which received the Gold Award at the international Partnership for Sustainability Award in the “Economic Development” category. This program supports the professional development of veterans and their families by providing knowledge, practical advice, and financial support to start their own businesses.

Charitable Donation to the Ukrainian “SVOЇ” Foundation by Tietoevry Create Ukraine

The initiative of the international IT company Tietoevry Create Ukraine, which made a charitable donation of €20,000 to the Ukrainian “SVOЇ” Foundation. The funds will go towards the medical rehabilitation of the wounded and the provision of necessary materials for complex surgeries.

Tietoevry Create Ukraine (formerly Infopulse Ukraine, until May 2025) has been actively supporting Ukrainian society since the beginning of the full-scale war, participating in numerous social and humanitarian projects.

Specialised Chairs for Mobile Teams of the Chernihiv Regional Blood Center

In the summer of 2025, the ITU Member JEVERA & XME.digital, supported a fundraising campaign initiated by the Chernihiv Regional Blood Center to purchase specialised chairs for blood collection by the centre’s mobile teams.

The Chernihiv Regional Blood Center serves not only the city of Chernihiv and the surrounding region but also the Sumy direction. To quickly respond to the demand for donor blood, the centre engages mobile teams, allowing blood collection directly in the communities without the need to visit the central blood collection facility. For the mobile teams to operate efficiently, specialised equipment, including chairs for blood collection, is necessary.

The JEVERA & XME.digital team organised an internal fundraiser among employees, supplemented the collected sum with corporate funds, and donated the funds to the blood centre to purchase one of these chairs. The company has active blood donors on its team, so to promote this cause, meetings with representatives of the Blood Centre and Q&A sessions were held within the company.

The Path to a Better Future Begins with One Step

ITU Member DreamX has joined forces with uBoost, a non-profit organisation focused on creating opportunities for ambitious teenagers from border communities and small towns. Together, they are building a platform that helps young Ukrainians realise their potential and find their path to the future.

The partnership goes well beyond traditional support. DreamX provides comprehensive technical assistance, shares its expertise through lectures, and offers financial backing for the development of the initiative. The CEO of DreamX is also actively involved, working on global solutions. As a result, DreamX not only supports the project but also invests in the future of Ukraine.
