The NetHunt CRM team has already compiled more than 100 prompts for business owners, sales managers, and marketers. Professionals who use AI in their work can also share their own use cases.
The prompts are designed to help with common day-to-day tasks: analyzing leads and sales pipelines, improving customer communication, evaluating team performance, identifying reasons for lost deals, and tracking potential risks. The prompts are organized by task and role, making it easy to find a ready-to-use scenario for a specific need.
For example, a sales manager can prepare for a call without manually going through the entire history of their interaction with a customer: “I’m preparing for a call with [Contact Name] from [Company Name]. Find this company and contact in the CRM. Analyze the activity history — emails, calls, meetings, and notes — and identify how the last conversation ended, what was agreed upon, and what objections were raised. Summarize what I should take into account before this call and how I should approach further communication with this customer.”
AI can work not only with individual prompts but also help systematically process the information accumulated in a CRM.
I don’t let AI communicate with customers on my behalf — it keeps everything around that communication organized. Instead of manually filling in records, I dictate a call summary, and the deal, including its budget, stage, and comments, is added to the CRM according to the conventions I defined once. The real benefit isn’t the minutes saved, but having complete data in the system that I can rely on when figuring out where the money is actually coming from,
says Bohdan Shcherbakov, corporate AI trainer and founder of Madstone and Hworknet Community.
Each prompt can be copied and used in ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI agent. With NetHunt CRM, AI can be connected directly to the CRM, allowing it to execute requests using up-to-date data without exporting spreadsheets, manually copying information, or repeatedly providing context. The connection is enabled through the open MCP (Model Context Protocol).
AI is already present in almost every team, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it is actually helping the business. People often don’t know which tasks they can delegate to AI or how to formulate their requests effectively. We decided to bring together practical scenarios that can be used immediately in sales and customer-related work, rather than having people spend time searching for the ‘right prompt’ from scratch,
says Anna Pozniak, Chief Marketing Officer at NetHunt CRM.
The library will continue to grow with AI prompts contributed by professionals working in sales, marketing, customer relations, and CRM. To submit your own prompt, use the form on the library page and provide your name, company, and prompt. Published prompts will include the author’s name, job title, and a link to their social media profile.
