IT company EPAM is launching a pilot project called EPAM Students Internship – a new format of project-based internship for students of Ukrainian universities. This is a practical training program for 3rd to 5th-year students. Over 8 weeks, participants will work in teams to create an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), receive a certificate, and be able to have the internship counted as university practice.
The program combines work on a training project, interaction with mentors, and the development of technical, communication, and organizational skills. The goal of EPAM Students Internship is to help students gain practical experience, understand development processes, and ultimately choose their direction for professional growth.
Available tracks include Java, .NET, JavaScript, Manual Testing, Python, Android, and iOS. To be enrolled in the internship, participants need to demonstrate basic knowledge in the chosen track. The number of participants is limited.
