ELEKS, software development company, has proudly won the prestigious Employer Branding Stars Award 2023. This recognition celebrates ELEKS’ outstanding commitment to creating a compelling and inclusive workplace, emphasizing corporate social responsibility and the well-being of its specialists.
The special title Employer Branding Star is given to the employers with the result above 50% points of overall brand diagnosis. It means that ELEKS was audited and verified positively as a company caring about building a strong employer brand.

In addition to the main Award, ELEKS was specially recognized in the Candidate Experience category for the company’s outstanding candidate experience practice, which is very valuable as ELEKS cares a lot about the candidate’s journey with ELEKS, starting with the first contact until colleagues can warmly welcome a specialist in their community.

This year’s Employer Branding Stars Award was given to 39 companies whose employer brands were determined the best in class after precise evaluation based on more than 120 questions in different categories. ELEKS got to this ranking with other 2023 winners, such as Deloitte, Continental, Shell, Swarowski, PWC, Coca-Cola, Biedronka.
