IT Ukraine Association in cooperation with JEVERA Software Solutions presented a large-scale research on the digitalization of the telecoms industry – “Digital Transformation for Telcos: A 101 Guideline”.

The study’s purpose is to support the transformation of the global telecoms industry and provide valuable practical advice for businesses to improve efficiency in digitalization processes on the basis of the practical experience of telecoms experts.

According to the survey, 70% of telecom companies face digital transformation challenges because of the outdated systems they use. This leads to limited development, loss of competitiveness, and reduced customer satisfaction caused by inefficient use of digital technologies. Most significantly, it puts companies at risk of losing resources and market share.

Digital transformation in the telecoms industry is not a choice, but more of a strategy that needs to be recognized and implemented. The JEVERA team is convinced that sharing practical experience is one of the key factors for monetization and expansion in the telecoms industry. We have developed this guide to help consider digital transformation in a different context and create an action plan that will work for your telecoms business,

said Anna Tyshchenko, CEO of JEVERA Software.

Digitalization is an essential component of state and business development today. We have joined the development of the study to help telecoms companies simplify and boost this important and complex process,

said Maria Shevchuk, Executive Director of IT Ukraine Association.
