The “AURORA STUDENTS” summer school took place from July 7 to July 30 in Poltava. The intensive course was specifically designed for active youth and aimed at preparing a new generation of specialists. A total of 243 applications were submitted, with 14 students successfully completing the training.
The goal of the “AURORA STUDENTS” project is to prepare students for professional careers through theoretical and practical sessions, foster entrepreneurial thinking, and attract promising candidates to employment within the company.
The business school participants were trained by 15 top managers from the “Aurora” network, attending master classes, case studies, team management training, marketing, operations processes, and a LEAN methodology course.
Students had the opportunity to interact with the co-founders of the “Aurora” network: Lev Zhydenko, Taras Panasenko, and Lesia Klymenko. The students also created and presented their own projects.
We at ‘Aurora’ are proud of our students and the entire team that made this significant project possible. The ‘AURORA STUDENTS’ summer school not only provides knowledge but also shapes the mindset of leaders prepared to face the challenges of the modern market,
— said Kateryna Kolubai, head of the department for ethical compliance and company values at “Aurora.”
The “Aurora” multimarket network is actively involving students in its team across Ukraine, allowing some to combine university studies with work at the company.
Following the summer school, all 14 graduates were invited to internships at the “Aurora” network, with the top three leaders receiving the opportunity to study at business schools in Ukraine. Thus, the company actively engages students in real projects. During their internships, under the guidance of experienced professionals, students gain hands-on experience in the intricacies of large business operations, with the real possibility of securing a job at a successful Ukrainian company.
