Yury Antoniuk, the President of the Association "IT Ukraine" leader and visionary of EPAM Ukraine, part of the international corporation EPAM Systems.

Associate Professor of the Military Academy of Belarus, technician and businessman Yuri has been working in technology and programming and led software development teams for more than 20 years.

He joined EPAM Belarus in 2000 as head of the department of automated testing, and within 6 years he rose to director and manager of QA programs with a team of several hundred specialists from international corporations in Silicon Valley.

In 2006, Ukrainian representative office was opened in Kiev, which was led by Yury during the first year of establishment. By focusing on the business and technical competence of the company, Yuri launched another 4 offices in EPAM Ukraine actively developing the cooperation programs with major universities Ukraine to prepare the young professionals.

EPAM is the largest IT company in Ukraine that provides services to develop software products, business solutions and technology platforms. Globally, the company is represented in 25 countries. 18 000 EPAM employees cooperate with the international market leaders in the areas of finance, investment, retail, mobile media, Hi-Tech, health care and research.

In Ukraine EPAM cooperates with more than 4,500 experts and the educational programs developed at the universities annually produce about 1,500 prospective leaders of Ukrainian IT-industry.
The President of the Association is elected by the voting at the annual meeting. In the years 2011-2015 the presidents were Taras Kytsmey (SoftServe), Dmitry Kushnir (Luxoft), Yuriy Antoniuk (EPAM Systems) and Nicholas Roenko (Miratech).
